Vantage Builders Ltd. offers full time employment in a number of different fields. We are often looking for skilled individuals in areas such as carpentry, concrete, steel, electrical and general labour. Other positions include estimators, sales staff, construction engineering and architectural technologists, project coordinators and superintendents.

Vantage Builders, in cooperation with Alberta Construction Safety Association, Alberta Apprenticeship Board, and Post-Secondary Educational Institutions, offers ongoing training to its employees to promote self-growth within the company. They offer short courses such as Construction Safety Training Systems, First Aid, Fall Arrest, Arial Work Platform, WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) and Leadership for Safety Excellence.
We also offer Apprenticeship Programs provided by Vantage Builders and the Alberta Apprenticeship Industry Training in the following areas:
