Chris started his career at Vantage in 1997 after leading a very diverse career history in wildlife and environment. He held a job in commercial construction before working as a Park Ranger for Alberta Environment, then as a Wildlife Technician at the (formerly known as) Alberta Research Council. He joined us for what was supposed to be a temporary position on the concrete crew in the fall of ’97, but he opted to stay with us in an effort to stay working close to home. He worked in the field for a number of years before moving into the office to manage crew scheduling and material purchases for jobs. He later took on the role of Safety Officer and Estimator which are what his primary roles are today. Chris and his wife, Rachel, have three children, Chenoa, McKale and Dawson. They enjoy spending time as a family, horseback riding and camping.
